Refund & Cancellation Policy
Snap.VIN is operated by Ridgeline Apps LLC, Wheelersburg, Ohio. The free VIN decoder costs nothing. This page covers the paid Premium subscription.
Cancelling Premium
- You can cancel at any time from your Dashboard. No cancellation fee.
- Premium stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then stops renewing.
Refunds
- Partial months are not refunded, except where required by law.
- If you were charged by mistake (for example a duplicate charge, or a renewal right after you tried to cancel), email us within 30 days and we will review it.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to show it.
Third-party reports
Vehicle history reports bought on another provider's website are sold by that provider, and their refund terms apply. Snap.VIN can't refund those purchases.
